You can load many many different voices with a high range of characteristics and quality. There are so many special functions and so many possibilities, it is by far the best software out there. You can listen to any text, even to scanned books using the integrated OCR. test it!
P.S.: It has a great support. He explained me half an hour long how to do that and that.
